Originally built in the early 1900s, it just underwent a complete restoration. A few of the many features include: a spacious open living area, hardwood floors throughout, beautiful cottage style kitchen with lots of great storage and work space, a covered open porch and a  second level roof top deck with views to die for! Sleeping for 8, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an outside shower and a patio garden area. Along with its charm, character and incredible views, one of its very special features is its location. It’s only a 4 min. walk to “Down Front,” Peaks Island’s village area where shops restaurants and ferry dock are located! TV, DVD,basic cable,gas grill, 1 minute to swimming!  No WiFi, but it is available around the island, pet friendly with deposit.

 $2,400.00 per week.
